Minister Schetyna, who took over from Radoslaw Sikorski as Poland's head of diplomacy last month, met with his French counterpart Laurent Fabius in Paris where they discussed bilateral issues, the modernization of the Polish armed forces and the climate policy issues related to the Polish coal production.
In the afternoon, the new Polish foreign minister will meet with the German Minister for Foreign Affairs Frank Walter Steinmeier, where the crisis in Ukraine will top the agenda. (pg)
