Duda’s official website said he was scheduled to meet Austrian President Alexander Van der Bellen during the gathering of the presidents, known as the Arraiolos Group, at Rundāle Palace in southern Latvia.
The name of the group is derived from the Portuguese town of Arraiolos, where the first such meeting took place in 2003.
At a meeting of the Arraiolos Group in Malta last year, Duda said he had no doubts that terrorism was linked to migration.
