Poland’s Gazeta Polska Codziennie reported that two lucky winners have been announced in the last draw of the Eurojackpot, the biggest pan-European lottery.
The winners shared a prize of EUR 90 million.
One of the two winning tickets was sold in Piotrków Trybunalski county near the central Polish city of Łódź, Gazeta Polska Codziennie reported.
The paper said this was the highest amount ever won in a lottery by anyone in Poland.
The odds of winning the main prize were 1 in 95 million.
The previous Polish record from 2017 was just over PLN 36.5 million, or EUR 8.5 million, according to the paper.
