Just 11 percebt of Poles think that adopting the European single currency would be good for Poland, according to a new poll by TNS Polska.
Sixty five percent of respondants told the pollster they thought that replacing the zloty with the euro would be bad for the country.
Forty percent said that Poland should never adopt the euro, the image of which has suffered since the beginning of the finance crisis in 2008.
Poland's centre-right government has said that they would name a target date for adopting the single currency after the 2015 general election. (pg)
