New industries accepted in receipt lottery

The pool of eligible receipts for the National Receipt Lottery has been expanded, meaning that more service industries qualify.

The lottery serves as an incentive for Poles to ask for a receipt for goods and services purchased.
It also raises awareness of the role receipts play in a lawful economy.
The lottery will now accept receipts from private doctors and dentists, in addition to the previously allowed hairdresser and cosmetician receipts accepted last quarter.
One receipt is chosen every three months from the receipt pool to win an automobile.
December’s winners are in the process of being verified. Eleven prizes have been given out to winners of November's drawings.
The next lottery will take place on 18 January.
Each month, two selections of receipts, indicating a purchase of PLN 10 or above, are chosen at random to win a car, as well as several tablets and laptops. (ua/rg)
