Apartment prices in Poland’s largest cities could start to fall in several months, according to a report.
A study for real estate services company Home Broker found that over the last five months transaction prices fell two percent compared with the previous five months, but rose 15 percent year on year.
Warsaw remains the most expensive city in Poland in terms of the price of new homes, public broadcaster Polish Radio’s IAR news agency reported.
The average price per square metre in the capital is almost PLN 8,200 (EUR 1,890, USD 2,150), IAR added.
