The Polish world No. 28 saw off Taylor Townsend of the United States in straight sets, 6-3, 7-5, in the second round of the tournament.
Radwańska, a former world No. 2, scored her second victory of the new season and put up a more convincing performance than against Brazil’s Beatriz Haddad Maia a day earlier, commentators said.
On Tuesday, the Pole beat the Brazilian world No. 71 in three sets, 6-2, 4-6, 6-2, in the opening round of the ASB Classic.
Townsend is ranked No. 95 by the Women's Tennis Association (WTA).
The Polish player will take on American qualifier Sachia Vickery in the quarterfinals of the Auckland tournament.
Radwańska won the ASB Classic in Auckland in 2013. She ended 2017 ranked outside the Top 20 for the first time in a decade.
