Both games will start at 8:45 p.m., but the venues have yet to be confirmed, the Polish Football Association (PZPN) said.
Poland will play four friendlies ahead of this year’s World Cup in Russia.
Manager Adam Nawałka’s men will face off against Senegal, Colombia and Japan in the group stage of the Russian tournament, following a draw in Moscow in early December.
Meanwhile, the Polish team has been drawn to play Italy and Portugal in the group stage of the UEFA Nations League, a new competitive football format that would ultimately replace most international friendlies in Europe.
