The 32-year-old Pole won the title ahead of second-placed Stefania Elfutina of Russia and third-placed Emma Wilson of Britain.
The victory on Saturday marked Klepacka’s third European championship title. She previously triumphed in Burgas, Bulgaria, in 2011 and in Marseille, France, last year.
Klepacka in 2012 claimed Olympic bronze in the women’s RS:X at the London Games.
