The game took place on Sunday in the Italian city of Reggio Emilia.
This year's championships are being hosted by six cities, five in Italy and one in San Marino.
The Poles play Italy on Wednesday, and three days later they take on Spain. Both games take place in the northern Italian city of Bologna.
Since 2017, when Poland hosted the UEFA European under-21 championships, 12 teams divided into three groups play in the tournament.
The winners of the three groups and the second-place team with the best result make it through to the semi-finals.
