University raids - a prank or a borderline incident aimed at inciting fear in academic circles?

Within a week, two seperate incidents of disrupting lectures on university campus have been traced to Polish nationalist groups. The All-Polish nationalist organization has encouraged such conduct by releasing a set of instrustrutions on how to perform these types of raids.
Meanwhile, a hate-crime watchdog sounds the alarm, pointing to an escalation of violence motivated by racism and xenophobia in Poland.
