Poland's most expensive street for retail space has slipped two places to 45th in a global survey by Cushman and Wakefield.
According to the data, the average annual cost of retail rental space in Warsaw's Nowy Swiat is 996 euro per square metre. This puts the Warsaw thoroughfare not only behind the most costly shopping street in the world, Hong Kong's Causeway Bay, but also the Czech capital of Prague and the Ukrainian capital of Kiev.
Also in the program: a look at the new chances for cooperation with the Pacific Alliance region whose founding nations - Mexico, Peru, Colombia and Chile - represent about 36% of Latin American GDP while counted as a single country they would be the ninth largest economy in the world. BALANCE is presented by Danuta Isler.
