BALANCE :: Poland's economic growth picking up

A report by the Central Statistical Office (GUS) speaks of Poland registering a 1.9 percent GDP growth in the third quarter of this year.
Experts agree the figures allow for a moderately optimistic scenario regarding the country's overall economic progress in 2013 but there still remain some disturbing issues like - believe it or not - too low inflation!
Also in the program: The average Polish family plans to spend less on Christmas this year than their counterparts in other European countries, according to consultancy firm Deloitte.
