Letter from Poland :: School adventures begin
1 September marks the first day of school in Poland, with hundreds of thousands of children around the country starting their formal education.

It’s an important and grand day for many families the length and breadth of the country, mine included.
Children will therefore start their adventure in education this year, despite not fully understanding what awaits them – the long years of stressing before exams, the sleepless nights and the pride as well as the disappointment of getting good or bad grades.
