Treating Brussels to Polish fare!
As the Polish presidency of the EU fades into the past along with 2011, we take a look at the food which accompanied the Poles in Brussels. Forget schabowy z kapusta and hone your taste-buds to fine dining on local delicacies such as guineafowl, crayfish, beetroot carpaccio… and the now-famous Kashubian strawberries.
